Is Doz Defteri free?
Yes. The free version tracks 1 active medication and 1 upcoming appointment; history and PDF reports work fully. A one-time Pro purchase unlocks unlimited medications and appointments — pay once, use forever, no subscription.
Where is my data stored?
All your data is stored only on your own phone. No servers, no accounts, no sign-up, and we collect no data at all. That's also why we recommend exporting a backup from Settings once in a while.
How does barcode scanning work?
Every medication box sold in Türkiye carries a GS1 DataMatrix code. Scan it and the name, strength and expiry date fill in automatically from a built-in catalog of thousands of drugs — no internet needed.
Will I hear reminders when my phone is silent?
On Android, with Alarm Mode on, the screen wakes up at dose time and the sound repeats until you respond; you can also let it override Do Not Disturb. On iOS, reminders are sent as "Time Sensitive" notifications — the highest priority Apple allows third-party apps.
What happens to my data if I change phones?
Use "Export My Data" in Settings to save everything as a single file (to Drive, Files, etc.). On the new phone, pick the same file with "Import" and everything comes back.
If I buy Pro on one device, does it work on others?
Yes. The purchase is tied to your App Store / Google Play account; even after reinstalling or switching devices, "Restore Purchases" brings Pro back for free.
Does the app give medical advice?
No. Doz Defteri is a tracking and reminder tool only; it does not diagnose, treat or advise. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist about your medications.
Which languages are supported?
13 languages, led by Turkish and English: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Hindi. The app follows your phone's language automatically.
